James Mahoney, Business Manager for the Ironworkers Local Union 580, will be honored with the Building Futures Award at a cocktail reception at the Skyscraper Museum on October 25, 2011, from 6-8 pm. Presented by The Edward J. Malloy Initiative for Construction Skills, the award recognizes the unionized construction industry’s commitment to opportunity and diversity in New York City. Hon. Christine C. Quinn, New York City Council Speaker, will also be honored.
