Introducing the METALLi e-newsletter

Created by the publishers of Metals in Construction magazine, METALLi is designed to inform its partners in the building industry about emerging technologies using metal—both ornamental and structural—in creating high-performance buildings and sustainable architecture. Each monthly edition will link to articles heralding new developments in design, fabrication, and construction techniques around the globe. Formatted to engage readers in contributing to the dialogue, it encourages commentary to help assess how these innovations are altering the ways in which architects think and design. The Steel and Ornamental Metal Institutes of New York, publishers of Metals in Construction, are not-for-profit industry organizations established in 1972, whose members are contractors engaged in the erection of structural, architectural, and ornamental metals on construction projects located in New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County.
